I met with Will Gentle of Martin & Co when looking for a flat to rent. I booked an appointment and was duly met at the appointed time to view a property on their books. The flat was as described in their literature and a tenancy agreements was arranged. All documentation was processed in a timely manner and without any complications. The handover of the property was completed without any fuss or trouble. The office staff complimented the excellent service I received.
