I have rented a fully managed property in the past with this estate agency. It was a shamble from start to finish and we ended up having to leave the property due to ongoing issues always overlooked and never taken care off seriously neither by the estate agent and the landlord alike. Only interested in the rent being paid. Never was helpful in trying to solve problems that are of the agency/landlord responsibility. I would never recommend them. Have been using many other estate agents and this is the worse experience I ever had with an estate agent.NegativeQuality, Professionalism

I can see from our records that it was 4 years ago since you were a tenant with Northwood. I can also see from our records that you were given notice by the landlord to leave the property so perhaps the landlord felt that you weren't the right tenant for the property. Since that time, there has been a change in ownership and full change of staff here at Northwood Truro. The Northwood Truro team strive to provide excellent service to all our customers as the other reviews show. We hope that you have now found somewhere that you have been able to settle down.
