Service way beyond

From day one meeting Billie to view the house, I found the whole team at Northwood Truro to be absolutely amazing. I have spent my whole career in a service industry. I have to say that I was incredibly impressed with the thought, care and consideration that I received throughout my tenancy. Letting agents generally have a reputation for looking after the Landlord better than the tenant, but I can honestly say that as a tenant, I could not have wished for higher standards of care and service. You guys exceeded my expectations at every interaction, and I truly felt looked after as a client, and you went beyond the call of duty right up to the end. Fantastic service.
