Sometimes being a tenant you feel like everything is your fault and nothing ever gets fixed but Martin and Co responded to every report, request and communication swiftly and efficiently and we never had to chase or remind them and we never felt like anything was our fault and everything got fixed quickly. Even at the end of the tenancy they arranged all the cleaning for us and were very quick on actioning the return of our deposit. We are just sorry that they aren't managing our new tenancy! I purchased our flat via Martins as I saw it on Rightmove. We saw around 10 properties. David is the least pushy and one of the most reasonable estate agents we’ve come across. If we ever sell it we will go to Martins. Won’t put here the long list of TW estate agents we wouldn’t go to!!!!
