Martin and Co were quick to deliver what I asked for, gave their honest views about the property, potential tenants and any other queries I had. The back end services were quick and efficient even though I asked them to do things in an unusual way for them. They accommodated that very well. The team are both pleasant and thorough; everything you want to deal with and you want your tenants to deal with too. I have no complaints. The business is adapting to the use of new technology and systems which makes it all easy for them and quick for the customers. Highly recommend.

As a property purchaser and as a landlord. Martin and Co are a small family run business and it is such a relief to be able to deal with friendly, knowledgable people. Efficiency very good, they have always found tenants for us and I rate them very highly. The tenants have also been good. Buying through them was also easy.
