I have used Martin & co to rent a property. I would highly recommend them, it was Stephanie​ Gosnay that helped me through the process and she was always at the end of the phone when needed and she sorted out any issues that cropped up. I think she went above and beyond any estate agents we have used previously I would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

I have been managing properties for 9 years and needed a new tenant service. Martin and Co were quick to deliver what I asked for, gave their honest views about the property, potential tenants and any other queries I had. The back end services were quick and efficient even though I asked them to do things in an unusual way for them. They accommodated that very well. The team are both pleasant and thorough; everything you want to deal with and you want your tenants to deal with too. I have no complaints. The business is adapting to the use of new technology and systems which makes it all easy for them and quick for the customers. Highly recommend.

First time privately renting and having viewed several properties through a variety of different companies I found Martin and Co to be by far the best and this was all down to the Fantastic service provided by Stephanie. There was no pretense or unnecessary waffle when viewing the property and I found her to be extremely helpful and very friendly from start to finish. Being new to dealing with estate agents i felt a little out of my depth with all the proceedings and formalities but Stephanie made the whole process a stress-free and pleasurable experience. She was always quick to respond to any queries, very informative and always accomodating. Would definitely recommend using Martin and Co all thanks to Stephanie Gosnay.
