Great personal service - nothing too much trouble

From the day I met Oliver when he came to do a valuation on my property, I knew that I would be well looked-after. Throughout all the trials and tribulations of viewings, negotiations and preparation for the big move, nothing was too much trouble for Oliver and Adam in the Twyford branch. They helped to reassure me when I had a serious wobble about my chosen property to purchase (in the hands of another agent) by letting me talk through my concerns and by suggesting practical ways to deal with my worries. On moving day, they were persistent in chasing my conveyancers, despite the fact that my main contact there had become unavailable and they were meticulous in keeping me informed of progress of payments through the chain.
