When we started to look for properties we really had not fully understood how important it would be to have the right estate agent. Our move was a particularly challenging one as we needed to sell 2 properties and find one that was big enough within a very specific location due to distance from school and work. Wentworth marketed and sold our properties securing multiply offers, found us a property in the perfect location and managed a very long chain of buyers and sellers to complete the transaction. I now know that the having an estate agent who keeps everyone (including the solicitors!) informed of what is happening along the chain is so very important. This cuts out so much of the time wasted caused by buyers and sellers waiting for solicitors to respond or share information with others. They were also very encouraging and kept our spirits up when things got delayed.
