I have recently let my property via Belvoir. The market was a bit strange but John, Ben and Debbie toughed it out with me, and we eventually found good tenants. They were excellent at providing updates and keeping me informed with viewings, and giving good advice. They've only been managing the property for me for a few weeks, but have already gone the extra mile in helping me sort an issue that popped up over Christmas and making sure the tenants were looked after.
