We hesitated to use Ryder&Dutton again after a massive mistake they made which resulted in my receiving a court summons for non payment of council tax the morning we were leaving for a 3 week holiday to China.We received an email apology from the council but nothing from R&D!We decided to chance them again for our convenience with Lesley as our agent and can honestly say she provided an extremely efficient, swift and courteous service.Well done Lesley and Maddie!
