We couldn't be more impressed. Having pondered and almost opted for a more 'cheap and cheerful' estate agent. We made a final decision to stick with what we know, our tried and tested Ryder & Dutton - Uppermill. We are extremely thankful that we did. 80% of our sale & move went to plan but as ever things are never 100% straight forward and when issues did arise, we were eternally grateful that we hadn't opted for the cheaper option and faceless business model. Jenny and Simon were professional and supportive at every stage and nothing was too much trouble. We sold our home for the full asking price within the first day of viewings.
