Buying a home is one of the most stressful things you can ever do, I sit here now as I write this, happy, content and overwhelmed that we have finally got our own place. Charlottle Milhench from Ryder's is a huge reason for that and I can't thank you enough. You really have made our dreams come true. Nothing was ever too much, if we had a problem I would email Charlotte and she was always responsive, when you are buying a house It's important to feel like someone is on your side and are doing everything possible to help you achieve your dream. You really got this with Ryder's. Ryder's properties are "contract ready" this is an absolute genious idea, it sped our process up so fast! i highly recommend using them. I am a firm believer in treating people the way I would want to be treated and Charlotte did this from start to finish, thank you for always going above and beyond. A final point I would like to make is, some other estate agents are "all for the seller" and don't really care about the buyer, the buyer is just as important as the seller, because without a buyer you don't sell your house, with Ryder's, you are well looked after and feel that sense of importance.
