We couldn't be more impressed. Having pondered and almost opted for a more 'cheap and cheerful' estate agent. We made a final decision to stick with what we know, our tried and tested Ryder & Dutton - Uppermill. We are extremely thankful that we did. 80% of our sale & move went to plan but as ever things are never 100% straight forward and when issues did arise, we were eternally grateful that we hadn't opted for the cheaper option and faceless business model. Great service all the way with Ryder and Dutton. I saw 4 estate agents and after my initial meeting with James we decided they were the ones for us! They were not the cheapest however they gave us excellent service and kept us in the loop all the way. Our house sold in days and they were extremely helpful and professional in their approach. Over the lasr two years, we've sold two properties in Greenfield. The first one was sold within three days of marketing for well above its asking price. The second, which completed today, was sold in record time and at an excellent price. I would recommend Ryder and Dutton , without hesitation, they know exactly what they're doing.
