Having used the services of Ryder & Dutton many times in the past I was already aware of how good they were as a company. However, I recently sold my property through their Uppermill branch and the service was exemplary. From the initial visits with James to the viewings carried out by the ever cheerful and positive Anne and Simon and the negotiating skills and backup from Jenny, they provided a seamless and attentive service. Nothing was too much trouble & the professional and super-fast way in which they carried out each request made me feel very valued as a client. Every email I sent was answered within minutes. Also, the feedback they gave on each viewing was literally a word by word account of what each potential buyer had to say, which really helped me to know what people thought of my house. Jenny and Simon, with their calm and reassuring manner, were great at drawing out honest responses from people viewing the house. This proved very valuable as things progressed and helped me to make key decisions along the way. The main thing though, was that they sold my house very quickly and had 5 potential buyers through the door in the first week. Their honest advice on the best way to market, price and present the property was a breathe of fresh air. They are slightly more expensive than some other estate agents locally but the quality of the service, their knowledge of the market and most importantly the speed in which they sell your property is worth that bit extra. (imho!) I would highly recommend this excellent team to anyone considering selling their house in the Saddleworth area.

Thanks to all at the Uppermill office who gave a fantastic service from start to finish. James gave our property a thorough look before giving good advice and a good valuation. Anne went that extra mile when taking the photos, calling on a sunny day to get the best exterior shots then returning and taking lovely interior photos showing the house off to best effect. Simon initially, and then Jenny towards completion, kept us well informed and definitely helped to keep us well updated and things moving as the solicitors seemed to go to sleep !!! Could not ask for better staff members all so polite,patient and very helpful especially Lesley. Could not have moved into our house if it wasn’t for Her. So helpful and constantly going out of her way and putting us first! Great customer service skills would definitely recommend using Ryder and Dutton. Was as easy as moving house could possible be.
