Charlie's local knowledge is invaluable and the whole team were professional but with a human touch - this was our first move in 31 years and I felt we had our hand held throughout. Particularly impressed with the prompt responsiveness of the team. Sophie was dealing with us during the period after the sale was agreed and she was excellent- professional, proactive and reassuring when things were not straightforward. All the team that we had contact with - Charlie, Sophie, Ellie and Francis - were helpful, professional and pleasant. Charlie and Luke have put together a great team that I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
