I can't imagine an easier 5/5 than this quick review for Charlie and his team at Allday & Miller. We initially tried selling our house with another agent in the area as we had purchased the house via them but they were useless, over valued the house to get us signed up and then didn't deliver. After having a chat with Charlie I realised he was the agent for the job, he popped over and had a very productive chat / valued the house at a realistic price and immediately set about getting things done. His team all came over for a look around the house to ensure they had a good understanding of the spec I had refurbished the house to and before the house even went on the usual websites we had an offer we were very happy with. Charlie worked incredibly hard to keep things ticking along after the offer was accepted and we got from offer to completion in 3 months allowing us to purchase our new place, nothing short of a miracle in the current market. He's a professional and very friendly chap, if I hadn't left the area I would use him for every future property transaction!
