Unprecedented service. I had 3 valuations from local agents by the time Allday & Miller visited,. They valued my flat 20k higher than the best valuation I’d received, and got 2 offers for the asking price within 4 days. There wasn’t even a chance to put a “for sale” sign up. I’ve exchanged today (8 weeks later). Couldn’t have asked for a better service. Highly recommend. 5 stars
