5 Star After having the same tenant for last 5 years and them successfully purchasing their own home we were concerned with any gaps in rental as it’s been so long we had no idea on market etc. Luke , Holly and Charlie were all excellent they supported us with - Market rates - Marketing - An open home We had 7 offerers including over asking price and they helped select the right tenants for our needs.
