Whenever there were problems within the chain (and there were a lot), Luke was always the first to let me know before my own solicitors, and he would have a plan to get it sorted. The whole transaction of the property was delayed due to these problems (and the pandemic), however Luke and Charlie easily sped up the process by multiple months.
