Couldn't rate Allday & Miller highly enough. We dealt with Luke and from the first viewing he couldn't be more accommodating (we've met a lot of estate agents and that is a rare trait)! I attended my 1st viewing alone as my husband was away for the day, but then when he got back early Luke kindly fit us in for a 2nd viewing on the same day even though there were 19 other appointments booked in that day. We had lots of questions before we made an offer which were answered promptly and concisely. When we did make an offer we were kept in the loop. When we had our offer accepted we were advised without delay. Luke checked in with up throughout the process, chased our solicitors, mortgage broker and asked the sellers multiple questions, taking the anguish of being a first time buyer away. Fabulous customer service skills, no ego, excellent attention to detail of our needs and situation. You'd be hard pressed to find a better service. Keep up the great work! 2 happy buyers.
