We were certainly lucky to have Luke help us to sell our first home. After having it on the market unsuccessfully with another estate agents we were skeptical about using another estate agents. However we needn’t have had any concerns, from the first consultation with Luke, we felt nothing was ever too much and for the first day of viewings we had more than we’d ever had! Luke was very proactive with selling our property. When we accepted the offer on our property we were kept informed of all updates and Luke helped chase up any requests needed and kept an easy communication between us, our solicitors, and buyers, helping take the stress of selling our home away. We cannot fault his customer service skills, and his genuine interest in helping us sell our property. Cannot recommend him enough! Just sad we’re not buying in this area as I know he’d have helped us get the best home!
