I met Charlie at a house viewing on a Sunday. I remember my first impressions being how dedicated he was to cater for those who can’t view on weekdays. Charlie was clearly committed to being different from other agents, trying to get that sale whatever day of the week. A few years later I decided to sell, and I like most invited 3 agents for a valuation. All Day Miller stood out, very personable, professional and all about the customer. They promised to provide a quality service. The other two agents told me all the reasons why I should pick them and why I shouldn’t pick the other two. It was quite stressful and intimidating. But Charlie and his team remained professional, giving me time to make my decision without any pressure. I wanted to pick an agent who had an professional approach, could sell my home and experience in the field. I realised Allday & Miller had all that and more, a good understanding of the market, great local knowledge and a strategy to get that sale and that’s why I choose them My home went up for sale, and the first day I received an offer above the asking price. I truly believe this was down to how my home was advertised and a genuine desire for Allday & Miller to find the right person who wanted all the things my home and area had to offer. It wasn't just a sale it was the right person for the sale. Thereafter Sophie took charge. One word to sum her up would be AMAZING. Sophie was a genuine down to earth hardworking person, she had a job and didn't stop until it was done. She answered every email and every call, she clearly has years of experience, extremely professional and importantly diplomatic. She chased solicitors and got those exchange papers signed and the job done. I’ve never known a person to remain so calm and persistent. Sophie did a lot of the hard work for me and her advice was valuable. All day Miler you have been true to your word. I had never sold a house before, from the start, Luke was productive and professional, once my house was on the market we had an open day, Ellie was looking after all the prospective buyers, once sold Sophie took over, she was fabulous, she kept me updated all the way, and the solictor they recommended was excellent.
