5 Star After having the same tenant for last 5 years and them successfully purchasing their own home we were concerned with any gaps in rental as it’s been so long we had no idea on market etc. Luke , Holly and Charlie were all excellent they supported us with - Market rates - Marketing - An open home We had 7 offerers including over asking price and they helped select the right tenants for our needs. Unprecedented service. I had 3 valuations from local agents by the time Allday & Miller visited,. They valued my flat 20k higher than the best valuation I’d received, and got 2 offers for the asking price within 4 days. There wasn’t even a chance to put a “for sale” sign up. I’ve exchanged today (8 weeks later). Couldn’t have asked for a better service. Highly recommend. 5 stars

Not normally one to put reviews, but this was a case of must do! Both Tom & Sophie have been fantastic, right from day 1. With Tom's advice and guidance we was not only able to achieved our asking price, we were also able to completed from start to finish in just under 12 weeks.
