This agent had far and away the best selection of properties in Cornwall in our price range.. The branch manager himself took the trouble to show us the property a second time three weeks after our first viewing. They kept us well informed throughout the time we spent having a survey done, negotiating the sale and overcoming a number of problems that arose while the seller went away, and most importantly of all took the trouble to stand in and lean on her solicitor. As a result exchange and completion followed a tight schedule that our move required.. The Wadebridge office staff worked throughout as an integrated team of professionals.
