Best estate agent we've ever used.

We have moved 7 times in the last 35 years and I can honestly say that this is the best agent we have ever used. Given that we were buying as opposed to selling we feel that we got a much better service from Bond Oxborough Phillips than we did from the estate agent we were actually paying in respect to the sale of our house. We were given regular updates by Susan Stanbury who not only chased our own agents and solicitors for information but was first to confirm when exchange took place. We never had to chase for updates or for requested information, we knew that we could rely on Susan to act in a proactive manner on our behalf at all times. Definitely a first class service!
