From a buyer's perspective

This agent had far and away the best selection of properties in Cornwall in our price range.. The branch manager himself took the trouble to show us the property a second time three weeks after our first viewing. They kept us well informed throughout the time we spent having a survey done, negotiating the sale and overcoming a number of problems that arose while the seller went away, and most importantly of all took the trouble to stand in and lean on her solicitor. As a result exchange and completion followed a tight schedule that our move required.. The Wadebridge office staff worked throughout as an integrated team of professionals. Thank you, we are so pleased to now be living in this lovely part of Cornwall

Very attentive and engaged.

Staff enthusiastic and reliable. Everything ran smoothly.

Purchased a property and then let it through the agent. Sarah was really good and everything was organised and ran like clockwork. Didn't encounter any problems so happy with service. We were kept informed and paperwork all turned up immediately.

Best estate agent we have ever used.

Nothing was too much trouble for all members of the team. When telephoning the offices no matter who answered the phone they were always polite and informative. We were contacted at least once a week with updates regarding the purchase of our new home. We were delighted with their excellent all round service and will be singing their praises for some time yet...

Excellent Estate Agent - Fantastic and friendly service

I have never dealt with anyone better to be honest. As a buyer I needed to secure the purchase ASAP with some very tight timelines, and given this brief, the lady dealing with my case was extremely timely, friendly and totally on top of things. Always willing to make another (!) call, always willing to assist and ensure that everything was on track. I couldn't wish for anything more that that. If in future I need a property to be sold in the area I won't hesitate to use them, and I can't recommend them enough. Thank you, very much.
