A friendly, efficient and trustworthy agency who made the experience of buying effortless.
Right from the start Place in Cornwall were extremely helpful in finding us a second home property that suited all our needs. In fact, the property we ended up buying was a spot-on suggestion made by the agent (Jenna Spencer) which I hadn't seen online and had only just come on the market. The process of putting in an offer/negotiating was very open and fairly dealt with,. We came to a mutual agreement that suited us all and the process of conveyancing ran very smoothly. Jenna was always happy to make a few calls, liaising between vendor and buyer to sort out any enquiries and generally made the process a very easy and pleasant experience. Thank you! I would highly recommend My Place in Cornwall.

10/10 for professionalism and putting the customer first
Your firm not only sets a bench mark of excellence for all other agents to aspire to, you continue to impress with your attention to detail and ethos of customer service which in my opinion is second to none. I was particularly impressed when every member of the team visited my home to make sure they all knew it's strengths and how best to describe it's features to interested buyers. You worked tirelessly to find quality buyers and personally conducted nearly 30 viewings throughout the whole time it was on the market, providing me with detailed updates immediately following each viewing. Where you truly offered exceptional service though was during the detailed negotiations. You spoke almost daily to me, my solicitors, and all other legal people along the chain to keep things progressing and problems resolved quickly. Nothing was too much trouble. I have never experienced this level of support from any agent previously and it's what makes you truly outstanding.

My Place in Cornwall are first class
I became a fan of Lisa and her team as I witnessed the careful and professional approach to marketing our property. The excellent brochure and web sites were key to attracting a flow of viewings and potential buyers and vastly superior to our previous agent. The care and attention continued. up to the sale, maintaining important communication between buyer, solicitors and ourselves. As a bonus there was always a friendly and reassuring Candice and Jenna on the telephone. A truly first class agent!!

Brilliant Service
From the initial valuation to completion (and beyond), it would be difficult, if not impossible, to receive better service. We, especially, appreciated the communications with us, and on our behalf, with the solicitors (who responded much more quickly to Candice than to us). From previous experience, with other agents, My Place In Cornwall stands head and shoulders above the rest..

Excellent Service
From valuation to completion of sale we received excellent service from all of Lisa's team. They all work exceptionally hard often working after hours and weekends to accommodate prospective purchasers. Candice handled the sale of our property keeping us fully informed of progress. Always polite and courteous. We would definitely recommend using them. .

Purchase of home and business
We have completed today on a new venture for us - a home with holiday lets. My Place in Cornwall and particularly Candice have been really efficient and friendly all the way through the process. Our original viewing wasn't rushed at all, and communication either by phone or email has been great. Where there were a few sticking points in the buying process, Candice was immediately on the case ringing the other agents, solicitors and the owner in order to get things moving. Friendly, professional customer service

A wonderful,, caring and efficient agent
Having had our cottage with another local agent for three years, during which little or nothing happened, we changed agents to My Place in Cornwall in July 2015.. Since then they have got lots of viewings for us and always given us good, positive but honest feedback. They have now achieved a sale for us in a difficult market, about to get even more difficult with the increased stamp duty. They helped to ease our sale through in under a month and we are particularly grateful to Candice,, who has been largely responsible for this. She has been helpful, charming, cheerful and above all efficient throughout and it has been an absolute pleasure to do business with her - even when the viewings weren't leading to offers.
