I have been asked to write this review but actually was going to write it anyhow; we are a family from outside London and buying a small bolt hole in Cornwall. Candice at My Place in Cornwall has been extremely helpful, with negotiations, communication full disclosure and turn around of documents. I would actually be inclined to buy again from them due to the high service levels (compared with my experience in the South East). An excellent purchase made very easy by Parnalls Solicitors in conjunction with My Place in Cornwall made an exchange and completion happen in three weeks. Really helpful and efficient

Always happy to be there to let us view at our convenience and allowed plenty of time for viewings, measuring up etc. very quick to respond to queries and to contact. vendors for additional information or actions. They could however have more thoroughly clarified the status of the property regarding multiple occupancy as this proved to be a huge delaying issue with mortgage lenders and was easily sorted once actually investigated.

Local Hero

Lisa has been more than helpful. She has gone out of her way to provide a service that I can only describe as warm, friendly and unique,. I can not recommend her highly enough. Lisa is truly a local hero.
