Your professionalism and keeping in touch when needed has helped ease this stressful process. Hannah N, your photography is as good as ever. I can't complete the review without a couple of negatives of other offices. The original photos, taken by a member of the Moreton office, were very poor and had to be redone. Unfortunately over 900 people viewed the property with the original photos and I can't help feel that impacted viewings and therefore potentially sales value. 2 confirmed viewings from 490+ circulations in the first week feels like a poor return. The listing was only submitted to me for review, by the Heswall Office, after the property had been published on Karl Tatler and Rightmove websites.
