I am so impressed with how efficient my experience with Karl Tatler has been so far - photos done on a Thursday morning, listing active by the end of the day, a viewing booked in 15 mins later and then an offer on my property by the Monday afternoon. I never thought things would run that smoothly and I hope I’ve not jinxed things now by typing this! I’m so grateful for the support I’ve had from Matt, Alex, Rachel and Hannah and I look forward to working with more of the team as the sale progresses. I do hope that Alex and I will continue to talk about books though!
