What a fantastic, tenacious and knowledgable team! I am selling a property through the Wallasey office and it has not been the most easiest sale. But with all the support and help, they have made it as stress free as possible for me by taking on all the stress themselves! At the start of our property search, we found that most properties in Wallasey are marketed through Karl Tatler. A few months later - now I understand why! Karl Tatler were the only agency we dealt with that: - sent out an agent to the property to conduct viewings, - arrived - and on time, - were prepared and knowledgeable about the property in question. - showed a genuine interest in our requirements as buyers so they could recommend matching properties. Our property is sale agreed at the moment. I have been asked if I can provide a Google review of my experience with the Liscard Office so far. I've been very happy with the efforts of everyone I've dealt with there, specifically Jack Beevers, Hannah Naughalty and Hannah Wilkinson. Your professionalism and keeping in touch when needed has helped ease this stressful process. Hannah N, your photography is as good as ever. I can't complete the review without a couple of negatives of other offices. The original photos, taken by a member of the Moreton office, were very poor and had to be redone. Unfortunately over 900 people viewed the property with the original photos and I can't help feel that impacted viewings and therefore potentially sales value. 2 confirmed viewings from 490+ circulations in the first week feels like a poor return. The listing was only submitted to me for review, by the Heswall Office, after the property had been published on Karl Tatler and Rightmove websites. These negatives were possibly a result of people shortages due to summer leave and holidays.PositiveProfessionalism

We cannot recommend Alex, Hannah and the whole team at Tatler, Wallasey branch enough. They were absolutely amazing with our house sale and purchase, from helping us to present our house perfectly to setting up an abundance of viewings and totalling 6 offers. Our initial sale fell through due to the buyers circumstances, but Hannah had our house back on the market within 2 hours, which led to 10 new viewings and 4 new offers, within 24hrs. Not only were the team fantastic with our sale, they found us our ‘forever home’ to move on to, negotiating and managing the whole process brilliantly. The team were at the end of the phone whenever we had questions, or simply needed reassurance throughout what can be an emotional process. The service and care they provided throughout and afterwards are second to none. I would never use another agent and always recommend Tatler Wallasey.
