Jamie and Phil at In House have been a joy to work with. Throughout the process they called and emailed so we knew what was happening every step of the way, even in the quiet periods when the solicitors were doing their thing. We managed to close on the house we loved within 9 weeks which has made the whole thing even more of a pleasure. I would recommend In House to anyone. Very honest, very high touch and no BS! An authentic and positive team

The In House team felt very much like a team and everyone we dealt with was consistently friendly, authentic and reliable with our best interests at heart. This was exemplified when we popped into the office shortly before we completed and had a genuine and spontaneous welcome from Ryan (and Cat) who had spoken to us but not met us before.. Throughout the process Mike was 100% reliable, If he said he was going to do something I knew that he would. Clearly we were impressed with Steve as we selected In House out of 6 agents we asked to value the house. I think his negotiating skills helped us secure the target price for the house we sold..

I would like to take this opportunity to thank InHouse and specifically Ryan and Mike for their hard work in completing the sale of my apartment in Wallingford. I had some difficulty’s with the initial solicitors and if it wasn’t for those two I would certainly be purchasing some hair dye! I’m sure Ryan is missing me calling EVERY day! What the experience taught me is how important it is to have a good estate agent and a good team backing you up. I couldn’t recommend these guys more! We were recommended to use Inhouse by a couple of friends and weren't disappointed. Phil told me that the house would sell in 6-8 weeks and we had a confirmed offer in 7! During these 7 weeks the team of Conor, Phil and Jamie worked with us over the timing of the viewings, gave us prompt feedback and handled my constant questions. The stage between offer being accepted and exchange has been a long one but Jamie has been exemplary in his dealings with us, keeping us up to date on a weekly basis, and when he wasn't there Conor and Phil always knew what was going on and were able to update us, evidence of their strong working relationships that have the customer at the centre. The office being so well situated in the Orchard Centre meant that we could always pop in when we were in town, and we were always made welcome by whoever was in that day. Thank you guys for making this whole experience such a good one!
