Sale of Property via Didcot Branch

Just completed the sale of my property in Didcot, using the In House Didcot office. The whole process was managed very well from initial evaluation through to viewings and subsequent sale. The team were all very helpful and it seems that all members were up to speed on my sale, so no matter who I spoke to my questions were always answered promptly. I found that I received frequent review calls and lots of good advice on the way. The property was marketed well and sold in a reasonable amount of time. All in all an excellent service. I wouldn't hesitate to use In House Didcot again.

The Didcot team at Inhouse took time to give me good advise about selling my property. They set the estimate high and were patient and persistent while the house was on the market. They kept me informed while they took many clients to view and encouraged me to wait rather than rush for a sale at any price. Eventually I got the best price estimated by three other estate agents in the town. I am very happy with the outcome.

Today My husband and I visited a house in Didcot and were met by Jill and a colleague. Let me tell you that after two months of house hunting, I have never came across real estate agents with so much professionalism. Well dressed, smiling, so welcoming despite our late arrival. What stroke me was that for once I did not get someone telling me : "I don't know!" Both knew what they were talking about and made my husband and I dream! I wish all estate agents were like them. Loving their job! Sometime I wished that I would remind some of them that their job is to make you dream!!! And today that is what my husband and I got. I had to write something today because we were so impressed! I would like to thank Jill and her colleague (sorry forgot his name) for being so great!

Outstanding customer service from Phil and the team in the Didcot office. We had four viewings within four days of putting our house on the market and had accepted an offer within a week, at 98% of our asking price! Throughout the sale and purchase of our new house Phil was exceptional at chasing everyone in our chain and keeping us up to date.
