Fantastic company to work with
The whole process of viewing and then moving to securing a property was made so easy by the team at Winterbrook. They are kind, helpful and always there when you need them. I couldn’t recommend a better estate agent to find your new home with. They were so attentive and helpful ensuring we found the best place within our budget.

Fab agents and friendly owners
I would highly recommend Winterbrook for both sales and lettings. I bought my 1st flat with them and 2 years later I’m now a landlady and they’re now my managing agents. Very friendly and professional, nothing is ever a problem and always feel looked after and reassured that I’m in good hands with them.

Great experience
I cannot fault Winterbook Estate agents in any way. They have handled our tenancy in the best way an agent could. Any problems or queries were dealt with immediately and consideration for our busy lives was always taken into account when booking maintenance or viewings. Thank you 😊

Fantastic

As a buyer I am so pleased with Winterbrooks

Tricky sale - professionally handled.
The sale of my property proved to be more complex and delicate than expected, but Winterbrook Estate Agents handled it very professionally and ultimately successfully. Their negotiation skills with the purchaser were top notch; at times the sale seemed at risk but they were able to 'pull it out of the fire'. Highly recommended with a relaxed and open style.

A team that go out of their way to help and support you!
Winterbooks and the team were wonderful to purchase my first property from. They when out of their way to keep me in the loop throughout the whole buying process. When I do come to sell my current property I have no doubt that I will use Winterbrooks to help me. I absolutely would recommend them and want to say a big thank you to Julian, Geraldine and the whole team!

Excellent as always - from Seller
This is the second time we've been with Julian and Winterbrook Estate Agents for buying or selling a house. Our first experience with them was excellent, so we were really happy to go with them again. As per the first time they were honest, knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and worked hard to get us through the process. Couldn't recommend highly enough. If we move again (which is hopefully unlikely!) then we wouldn't think twice about going back to Winterbrook.
