My wife and I want to thank the team at Winterbrook for helping us find our new home in Wallingford. From the very start we were so impressed with all of the team and commented on how refreshing it was to find an estate agency with such personable staff. Phonecalls were always answered and flexibility around timings for viewings and appointments was excellent. Richard and Julian both conducted viewings and we found them to be professional and knowledgeable but also very friendly and easy to talk to. They both listened to our feedback and helped with our understanding of the local market, keeping us well informed about the available properties. After we had an offer accepted on a house that wasn't the end of the help provided, in fact it was just the start - being available for a number of house visits with tradespeople, talking over issues around our plans for the house, providing advice and assistance during the legal process of local searches and preparing for exchange of contracts. In fact when the solicitors met some hurdles late on in the process nothing was too much trouble for Julian to help both us and the vendor to ensure we were kept well informed and to help make exchange happen.
