I recently purchased a property via Lesters and was consistently impressed by the warm and friendly approach of all the staff that I had contact with. It was quite a lengthy process because of issues further up the chain (no fault on Lesters' part) however I always appreciated the regular phone calls that I received with updates on any progress being made. Also, when I myself encountered some difficulties because of mistakes made by my Mortgage Broker I found all the staff at Lesters to be extremely patient and understanding until these issues were resolved. I really valued this as it made what was a very stressful and anxiety provoking situation much more bearable. Overall I have been extremely satisfied with the service provided by Lesters, most notably by Julian who managed the purchase, and I would recommend them wholeheartedly to anyone in need of an agent in the Wallingford area.
