Thanks for your review, Emily. We’re sorry that you were unhappy with your attempted purchase and we understand your frustrations that the development took much longer than expected. Although completion was expected in the first half of 2021, there were a couple of issues along the way before Covid contributed to further delays. We withdrew the development and explained the situation to all buyers, giving them the opportunity to look at other properties but we re-launched in Summer 2022 once issues were rectified. Unfortunately, the physical construction of the property you were buying isn’t something Your Move has any control over nor do we receive any benefit from the developer to list the properties. We did try to help you get your purchaser over the line but, unfortunately, the deadlines for all the relevant documents to be received passed and you were signposted to speak with the developer to discuss your reservation fee as it was held by them, not Your move.
