Hi Mohan, thank you for your feedback. I'm really sorry to hear that you were unhappy with our service. Just to let you know, we were acting on the instruction of your Landlord (as they told you directly) and unfortunately we cannot go above that. I apologise that you feel that you were mentally tortured but after I asked if you would like to renew and you advised you didn't (despite you later changing your mind), we did not have any communication, as this would have been dealt with by our Terminations department.
