Demi, the Lettings Manager in particular took extra care to understand the situation and made it her mission to maintain positivity in a time that was difficult to do so. Demi was so kind to my mum who had difficulty finding a property but made sure my mum was comfortable and took the time to speak to the landlords ensuring there was a human experience which left a positive impact.
