A most professional agency, very good customer service

My main dealings were with Brad, who is excellent at what he does, builds a friendly rapport whilst getting things done.

First time to buy house in my life , we got lots of help from alex, the manger and his staffs from Wallington branch. Alex’s team provided such excellent service, always prompt changing up the case. With Professional skills. Company need such this people to grow !

Recently bought a property from this agents. Gerald was brilliant throughout answering any questions, chasing up the solicitors and extra viewings. Alex was also great when I needed any help on Geralds day off! Very impressed with this agent coming from someone who's family also runs an estate agency business. Thanks guys!

Just picked up keys to my flat. Brad was brilliant all through process. Took a lot of anxiety out of renting.

The branch gives a great service, especially Brad who is more than helpful and goes above and beyond. Unfortunately the centralised management service doesn’t match this expectation, and I often have to chase things or check things as a landlord, but Brad will always do his best to help even when it’s not his role. In summary, great service from the branch, but no so great from the centralised team in Southampton, and there is a disconnect.

I am a landlord and have used Your Move on and off for the last few years renting out my property. My experience on each occasion has been poor. At one stage we arrived to sign the tenancy with the tenant and he stated he has been given the wrong rental figure by the office when he viewed the property. I wasted over an hour making a tenancy agreement for a tenant who had been mis-advised. Recently during the time of Covid I have made contact to advertise a property. I was told to drop the keys down. For a week I tried to contact the agent and received no reply from Adeyna. No response to multiple messages and calls. Only after 2 weeks I got a reply saying she has no photographer and asked me to send in photos I had. 2 Weeks of time wasted trusting in an agent who wasn't even working on the case. Avoid this estate agent. I can not think of one positive moment with these agents. 2 of the tenants they have got me in the past moved out early & countless issues. I now use Barnard Marcus in Wallington. Peter & Wintana are amazing at what they do.

If i can give zero stars i would. Such bad is their work. They give an unfit property to live in for rent - bathroom extractor fans are missing, boiler doesnt work, heaters dont work, noise from vents is deafening - to the point that you cannot sleep at night. And they just keep giving excuses and keep sending people to checkin while they do nothing. They forget to tell you about parking permits and what not...list is endless. Dont want to take names, but the whole agency is down the dumps. Avoid it at all cost.
