Terrible Service - Do NOT use! Used YourMove Wallington to let a property. At the beginning Staff were lovely, however that soon changed. Completely incompetent, passive aggressive and frustrating as I had to often chase them up - not to mention they are ridiculously expensive. Honestly terrible experience and zero concern about customer service or wellbeing.

Stay away from Vulcan House, Hackbridge!!! Your Move Wallington have been representing a completely dodgy developer. Vulcan house, Restmor Way has been marketed by Your Move since at least 2017. Why has the build taken so long? Because the developer has no idea what they're doing. They've been continuously failing inspections, the builders have been SQUATTING in these 'new build' apartments and using the appliances, and the agents here are fully aware of the shoddy practices that have been going on over the years. I don't know how Alex or Gerald (and anybody else involved) sleep at night. To knowingly sell these shoddy apartments to people is horrifically unethical. Please stay away from Vulcan House if you can!!! Unfortunately Your Move aren't honest and will happily leech money from people on behalf of completely incompetent developers. Every one that I've spoken to about my experience with Your Move Wallington, and the developer River Wandle Ltd for Vulcan House, are completely shocked at the practices from these companies. I'm surprised there are any good reviews at all here, but I'm sure that will change soon.

Thanks for your review, Emily. We’re sorry that you were unhappy with your attempted purchase and we understand your frustrations that the development took much longer than expected. Although completion was expected in the first half of 2021, there were a couple of issues along the way before Covid contributed to further delays. We withdrew the development and explained the situation to all buyers, giving them the opportunity to look at other properties but we re-launched in Summer 2022 once issues were rectified. Unfortunately, the physical construction of the property you were buying isn’t something Your Move has any control over nor do we receive any benefit from the developer to list the properties. We did try to help you get your purchaser over the line but, unfortunately, the deadlines for all the relevant documents to be received passed and you were signposted to speak with the developer to discuss your reservation fee as it was held by them, not Your move. We would like to wish you all the very best with your property search and we would gladly help you with this should you have any interest in a property we’re marketing.

I let a flat through this branch in 2018, I spoke to a lady (Adeyna ) at the time of tenancy renewal(Jan'2020) and she gave me a termination notice without listening my words(At that time, I agreed to purchase a house and renewal was not a good option) . And then she mentally tortured us with false blames to vacate the property ..I found that she is a very rude lady and I doubt how she become a letting manager without knowing basic letting rules and also she doesn't know how standing order works.NegativeQuality

Hi Mohan, thank you for your feedback. I'm really sorry to hear that you were unhappy with our service. Just to let you know, we were acting on the instruction of your Landlord (as they told you directly) and unfortunately we cannot go above that. I apologise that you feel that you were mentally tortured but after I asked if you would like to renew and you advised you didn't (despite you later changing your mind), we did not have any communication, as this would have been dealt with by our Terminations department. I hope this clarifies things for you.
