I recently worked with the team at James Neave to find a property in Walton. Throughout, the team were fantastic. Andy & Ryan kept us up to date with things as they progressed, they helped to move things along and were incredibly reassuring (particularly given the current market).

Unfortunately agents are generally unscrupulous, often dishonest, and lack integrity , ethics and morals (that is true of many local agents) . That is my experience. So what can I say about JN - they are amazing, honest, wicked communication, and you couldnt ask for more - the benchmark every agent needs to follow

I sold my flat with James Neave. I had nothing but problems with my management company and changes in legislation on leaseholds which kept meaning buyers pulled out, however James Neave kept going at it until they sold my flat they never gave up. Would recommend 100%
