My purchase, although seemingly straightforward, no chain at either side, was beset by delays caused by third parties. Andy at James Neave was always quick to respond and react in order to get things Moving forward again. We got there in the end and it felt like a genuine team effort and although the estate agent acts for the seller I feel that the team pulled out every effort to support me as the buyer as well.If I ever come to sell a property, I will definitely use James Neave as my agent.
