I bought my flat through James Neave nearly 8 years ago, and they were so efficient then, that when we came to selling it I knew they were the right people to instruct. In a market that was proving difficult to shift flats they found us a buyer in good time, and went truly above and beyond helping us to get it sold in our time frame whilst keeping us updated every step of the way. Aside from this, they really are all such lovely, genuine and down to earth people ( Ryan kept coming back to our flat /calling back, time and time again for valuations over the years until we finally decided to sell, and Andy always picked up and called back whenever I rang with inane questions!) , that I really would recommend them to anyone, In a process that took months, there wasn't a problem to be had at any time, and I genuinely trusted them and the process the whole way through. We love the JN team, and when it comes to selling our new place, whenever that may be, we will use them then too!

They are an excellent, hard working and supportive team who have looked after our property as managing agents whilst we leased for nearly 15 years, and successfully helped us with our recent sale, handling all the details for us whilst we are abroad. James Neave are outstanding letting agents. Ryan has assisted me for several years in letting out my property. He is professional, friendly, honest and does an excellent job finding tenants. Very easy experience. Our Estate Agent, Jordan, was great at both answering questions and following up with the other parties. Sale went through quickly which was fantastic as we were excited to move in. Organizing initial viewings was very simple and could be arranged at short notice. Overall a great experience with James Neave!
