I bought my flat through James Neave nearly 8 years ago, and they were so efficient then, that when we came to selling it I knew they were the right people to instruct. In a market that was proving difficult to shift flats they found us a buyer in good time, and went truly above and beyond helping us to get it sold in our time frame whilst keeping us updated every step of the way. Aside from this, they really are all such lovely, genuine and down to earth people ( Ryan kept coming back to our flat /calling back, time and time again for valuations over the years until we finally decided to sell, and Andy always picked up and called back whenever I rang with inane questions!) , that I really would recommend them to anyone, In a process that took months, there wasn't a problem to be had at any time, and I genuinely trusted them and the process the whole way through. We love the JN team, and when it comes to selling our new place, whenever that may be, we will use them then too!

When we started looking for a property initially I was filled with dread as my previous experience with estate agents has not been positive however I was wonderfully surprised with our great experience with James Neave. We had a few hiccups with our lenders during the sale process which led to unforeseen delays but throughout Ryan and Andy worked really hard with us to help push the sale through even though there were many moments when the seller wanted to pull out. We can't thank the team enough for all their help. They're just lovely people who want to help genuinely help you!
