What a service and breath of fresh air Andy Davis is from James Neave Estate Agents, we had a long and drawn out Probate to go through but Andy stuck with us continued to keep our purchaser up to speed and interested in the property. Nothing was to much trouble for him in fact a few of the things he did for us were well above his pay grade lol. In short if you need an agent who will look after you and the sales process Andy is your man. Thanks Andy for all your help and keep selling.

Just sold my house through these agents, I had 7 different estate agents over and they really stood out - no sharp suits, but smart, well educated and very professional, throughout the process it felt more like working with a friend than being a client. Had a few issues with buyer inquiries and 6 different sets of them as well as needing indemnities and they were very helpful with advice and were really on my side. Andy and his team are a fantastic group that really go out of their way to help.

We were so impressed with Ryan at James Neave Walton-on-Thames when we purchased our property. He was professional and always quick at relaying any queries we had to the seller, as well as being proactive in making sure we had everything in place for a smooth exchange. The video of the property on the James Neave Facebook Page was a big factor in our decision to view the property in the first place as it gave the full impression of the property, that we hadn't quite got from the photographs. We will definitely consider Ryan at James Neave if we ever come to sell in the future!
