Fantastic support & a pleasure to do business with

We first crossed paths with Andy from James Neave when we viewed a property in Ashford TW15 with a view to purchasing it. We decided against it, but had, in the process, met a very nice man! As a direct result of the minimal amount of time we had spent with Andy, we knew that we would want to work with him to help sell our property. Long story short, we almost sold our property and then decided not to. Throughout the process, Andy visited us and was friendly, warm and offered us advice when we asked questions. THEN, we decided to buy a property to renovate. When we needed help to get an estimated value of its worth after renovation, and no one else would help, Andy stepped up. He still didn't know for sure if he would secure business from us, but was wonderfully open to helping us. When we did finally buy the reno and sell it we didn't want to work with anyone else and we made absolutely the right decision. Andy and his team had the renovated property sold within 2 weeks of it being on the market and the sale completed within 4 months. For the duration of the selling process Andy was available to us on WhatsApp, phone or email to offer support and advice. He chased and chased and chased those solicitors and represented us so well. We could not have asked for a better estate agent to work with and support us in, what was, a stressful period of time. Couldn't ask for more

I can recommend James Neave estate agents with no hesitation whatsoever. I sold my flat through them and the whole process was handled with professionalism from start to finish. Andy and Amber in particular went above and beyond. Excellent communication, regular updates and feedback following viewings, as well as chasing solicitors. The price I was looking for was achieved and the only thing that slowed things down related to it being a leasehold property, so not much they could have done there. A* service. Thank you!

Moving Out

It has been a great pleasure working with Amber and her team and not forgetting Lindsey's 3 monthly inspections, which enabled me to keep the property in good stead for 9 years, thank you all for your support, it was a sad day to say goodbye to a professional estate agent and when the time comes to looking to rent again, I think you know who I'm going to call.
