I have recently put two properties up for sale with Whitegates estate agents on Walton Vale, Liverpool. I initially dealt with Joanne who came out to value the houses, she has a huge amount of experience and knowledge gained over the years in property sales and it showed in how quickly she assessed exactly how the property should be marketed and at what price. She didn't simply tell me what they would do but gave me choices! Nice person to deal with and great at her job...let me add very practical too which is a breath of fresh air in today's all talk and no action society. I then dealt with Leanne in the office and found her to be very upbeat and positive...finding buyers for both properties extremely quickly. Unfortunately one of the buyers dropped out at a late stage and initial disappointment was replaced with elation when Leanne immediately started viewings again and found us a new buyer within days, thankyou Leanne!
