We would like to advise that multiple offers were made on the property in question. It is our company procedure to make multiple block viewings and put forward all offers to the landlord regardless of when they were submitted to afford all applicants equal weight. ultimately it is the landlord who makes the decision on which offer to accept. The landlord's decision was only reached late yesterday close to office closing time. We were working through our list of unsuccessful applicants when Alex contacted us. It is unfortunate that Alex was not happy with our company procedure. We wish him all the best with his rental property search.
