I do not appreciate images of my house being used to rent another house. Poor feedback when I complained.

Poor. Simply poor. Emailed me regarding an enquiry I made but with someone else’s name. A clear cut and paste job on the email. Then I followed up to my enquiry as there was no reply, 4 days later still no contact. Awful service. If you’re renting / selling i wouldn’t use them.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

I would highly advise not to go near this estate agent. I have been dealing with them for nearly a year now and that's enough. After you find a property with them it is hard to get into contact and speak to the correct people you need. They are unprofessional and it took them 3 months to fix a broken bed after we had to call most days to try sort this. We have for e.g. Gas men walking in unattended with keys to the property and no warning of this so quite a wake up call. Meeting scheduled and they don't turn up and you have to call up and waste more time trying to Find out what's going on. Honestly it's been a nightmare and this experience and really put me off

Dear Thomas, We are sorry to hear you were dissatisfied with the service you had received. We were not aware of your review until today. With regards to contacting and speaking to a member of staff we were available on the telephone from 9am - 6pm Mon- Fri and 10am - 4pm on Saturdays. On many occasions I took both yours and your partners telephone calls and attempted to resolve all issues. The bed was replaced once we had the landlord's instruction - unfortunately as most people can appreciate we cannot act without a Landlord's instruction. With regards to entering the property without contacting you prior, I recall this incident and it was found that an email was sent to you to confirm the appointment. Our property manager will always attempt to confirm an appointment on the telephone and failing that either a letter or an email is sent. As you are aware, the Landlord was not impressed with the condition you left the property in which resulted in the DPS awarding the full deposit to the Landlord. We wish you all the best in the future, Martin & Co - Walton on Thames
